Who we are

A factory floor, not a trading desk.

Uproar Impex cuts, sews, finishes and exports apparel from its own lines. Four divisions, one quality gate, and a single team carrying an order from first sample to sealed carton at the port of loading.

The company

Built around the order, not the season.

We manufacture for brands, distributors and institutional buyers who need a partner that can hold a specification across repeat production — not a season of samples followed by a compromise. Every style we ship has a tech pack, an approved counter-sample and an inspection record behind it.

That means the people who quote an order are the people who run it. Merchandising, cutting, production and quality sit in one building, so a question about a seam allowance is answered by someone who can walk to the machine.

  • Mission

To make export-grade apparel accessible to buyers of any size — with the documentation, the compliance and the consistency that usually only comes with a five-figure minimum.

  • Vision

To be the manufacturing partner international buyers name first for technical apparel out of South Asia — judged on repeat orders rather than on first ones.

Capabilities

What we can actually run.

Four divisions under one roof, each with its own cutting floor, its own machinists and its own quality gate.

  • In-house manufacturing

Cutting, stitching, finishing and packing on our own lines. Nothing critical is subcontracted, which is what makes a delivery date a commitment rather than a forecast.

  • Development and sampling

Pattern-making, grading and counter-sampling from a tech pack, a reference garment or a sketch. Fit sets in your size run before bulk is cut.

  • Fabric and trims sourcing

Knits, wovens, performance synthetics, full-grain hides and certified FR fabrics — sourced to specification, with mill test reports on file.

  • Compliance and certification

OEKO-TEX, GRS, BSCI and EN ISO garment standards, with third-party inspection accepted at any stage you want to place it.

  • Quality assurance

Inline and final inspection to an agreed AQL, with measurement reports and photographic records issued before the container is sealed.

  • Export and logistics

Full documentation — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading — with EXW through DDP terms and consolidation on request.

How an order runs

Six steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Enquiry and costing

You send a specification or a reference. We come back with a costing, a fabric proposal and an honest lead time.

  2. 02

    Sampling

Pattern, counter-sample and fit set. Nothing goes to bulk until the sample is signed off in writing.

  3. 03

    Fabric and trims

Booked against the approved sample, with mill test reports and shade bands issued for approval.

  4. 04

    Bulk production

Cut, sewn and finished on our own lines, with inline inspection at the agreed checkpoints.

  5. 05

    Inspection

Final QC to an agreed AQL — ours, yours, or a third party you appoint.

  6. 06

    Export

Packed, documented and handed to the forwarder under the Incoterm on the order.

Work with us

Bring us a specification, we'll run it.

Whether you have a full tech pack or a reference garment and a target price, the first step is the same conversation — and it is with the team that would make the order.
